Nursing Science Supplemental Application
Please note before beginning the application.
The application needs to be completed in one sitting. Please allow 30-60 minutes to complete. You will not be able to edit the application once each section is submitted. All four (4) sections of the application MUST be completed in order for your submission to be considered to our program. You will have an opportunity to print out your application summary at the end. If you need to edit your application after submission, please email Michael Twaney at mtawney@uci.edu. Before starting, please gather your academic and employment histories, as well as your resume.
